30-08-2008 Forum style change

Hello everyone, as per our changes to make the experience better here at Afterhours, we will be changing the default forum font today. You might notice the difference right away, either way this will hopefully make it easier to read the forum and more pleasant to post.

These changes are happening also due to the new site being built and we would like to have same font across AH.FM

i dunno, for me personally it makes it harder to read :( I think i just have to get used to it :)

+1, being closer to monitor to read = eyesight deterioration = go blind = unable to tune in = loss in listeners and forum activity :lol:

Ummm .... the font size may be a bit too big, for which I have the zoom out facility in the browser but the Times New Roman font would have been better perhaps.

i fixed it..

firefox options > fonts and colors > advance > uncheck allow page to choose their own fonts..

it feels like i've been drinkin for 24 hours and came on site only to not be able to read a thing.. Which i wish was true as it's my birthday tomorrow but alas its not

Hi!

I work as a webdesigner (freelancer), and i often use Tahoma. I think that and maybe "Arial" would fit AH.FM very good! :) Maybe you also can try "Trebuchet MS", but that may be a bit more hard to read. Very nice font though! :)

All of these in 11px!

the forum's style seems fine, however member "profile" seems a bit awkward. i recall being able to see more information--like where someone is located & what some of their other interests are. i would like that restored. or, it may simply be "operator error"!
