recording internet radio

I would like to download internet radio to my i pod and cd's. Does anyone have a suggestion for for a good recorder that is easy to use. I don't want to mix only record for playback.

I suggest not bothering and get yourself signed up to Welcome to AfterHours.FM archives Torrent Site where you can download the shows broadcast here the following day.
