Unofficial "Afterhours top 50 DJ's list" please read the first post for the rules!

Okey, since i know many of not are very pleased with the DJ Mag top 100 list this year. I thought that we could have our own unofficial voting. Just too see how the list would look out for the ah.fm listereners.

And the rules are simple: you place five (5) of you're own candidates in a list, rating them from 1 to 5. The first artist/group (the no 1 on you're list) will have 5 points, the second artist/groupe will have 4 points and so on, down to the 5th artist/group who will have 1 point.

I'm closing the voting in about 2 weeks time and then count the points! :)

NOTE: you can vote on everybody, it dont have to be AH DJ :)

nice idea ! a poll would be nice, but then you can't really rank your favourite dj's.. an option to choose for only one dj is quite hard also , because i'm sure a lot of the listeners have more than 1 favourite dj over here :)

oops , kinda misunderstood :) better to just give in top 5's indeed :)

1) Paul Miller
2) Daniel Kandi
3) Ron van den Beuken
4) Tom Colontonio
5) Airbase

too short to be accurate tho...

Very good idea Sypher ! :bravo:
Also to do it exactly the same way as for the DJ Mag poll.

My list: (Now slightly changed w.r.t. DJ Mag Poll '08)

1. Manuel Le Saux
2. Daniel Kandi (In the DJ Mag Poll I wrote here Temple One)
3. Gareth Emery
4. Lange
5. Adam Nickey (In the DJ Mag Poll I wrote here Blank & Jones)

It's a strange combination based on both DJ-sets and productions... I know, I should base it on sets only, but I don't want to restrict my vote to that only. This because an excellent DJ needs i.m.o. genious producers around him/her to build a very good set! I hope you don't mind !

thanks mate :grinning:

i don't mind at all! :)

to everyone: this is just like the dj mag top 100, where you can vote on who you want and it don't have to be a ah DJ. just so that's said (even though i've said it already) :)
