Just wanted to share this new release with all of you. The track is called "Near You" on Andy Moor's AVA and has a brilliant remix by Anjunabeats "Jaytech". Its cracked the top 100 tracks on TrackitDown and is currently at #25.

As spring winds down and temperature heats up, Jonathan Allyn & Jaytech bring you one of the biggest tracks of the summer!
As many of you will notice, "Near You" is a shift from Jonathan Allyn's melodic tech trance style and this release marks his first progressive house debut on Andy Moor's "AVA" . "Near You" is an emotional production, weaving in a melodic fusion of progressive elements, breakbeats, and a deep, driving bassline that is perfectly suited for nearly any DJ set.
Complimenting the original is an energetic remix by none other than Australia's finest progressive remixer "Jaytech", who has really come to boil over the past 12 Months with numerous remixes and original releases on many labels including the famed Anjunabeats imprint. For "Near You" Jaytech brings a groovy, synth inspired, peak time feel to the mix with his proven sun drenched and progressive style.
Both the remix and original release by Jonathan Allyn & Jaytech is a must hear for crowds everywhere as the slow burn of a hot summer day and night gets under way!
