Downloading the playlist

Hi peeps just got here!! can you tell me if/how i can download the playlists? especially the one tonight. for when i cant get here?
Is this site playing 24 hours or set times? UK time for me!

Download links will appear in the first post of the shows threads 48hrs after broadcast.
