you mean change your email? or disable subscriptions?

I like to disable subscriptions when I reply to a thread, its very annoying that my mailbox overflows seconds later when posting something in an end of the year countdown thread

delete all thread subscriptions go here: http://forum.ah.fm/subscription.php?do=viewsubscription
then disable automatic thread subscription here: http://forum.ah.fm/profile.php?do=editoptions Default Thread Subscription Mode
