As a teenager addam entered the nightclub and sound industry, performing as a drummer in NJ/NYC area glam and gothic rock bands. He began his professional DJ career in 1995 with New England's largest mobile event production company. After quickly mastering the dancefloor arts and beatmixing techniques, 'DJ addambombb' was recognized with numerous awards as the top of his profession. He performed at over 1000 club and mobile events before leaving the confines of the group in Y2K to pursue an independent clientele, a career in nightclub and concert events, and his own musical and visual arts endeavours.

DJ addambombb blends the retroactive with the cutting edge, at the same time both eclectic and familiar. While consistently maintaining a technical and aesthetic flow of rhythm and energy, his sets are explorations of sound and style... and dance. His creativity, musical knowledge, and diversity assure a unique experience at every appearance. DJ addambombb has performed at too many venues to list, from backyards to the Wang Center for the Performing Arts. He maintains a weekly residency at Haven, New England's largest independent weekly dark culture event. Additionally, he has performed on tour in dozens of cities internationally, and has produced many special events within the New England alternative music and dance culture.

In addition to dj’ing, addam is regularly involved with live music events, art exhibitions, club promotions, fashion shows, original music and remix projects, and other creative collaborations. His original photographs have been widely exhibited in the Northeast at many nightclubs, art events, and galleries, as well as featured on numerous fine art sites and in local press.

With years of experience behind the decks, Smoke’s love for Happy Hardcore helps him put on a show like no other. Honing his skillz behind closed doors since 2000, Smoke turned down gigs for years while waiting for the right crowd. After throwing two successful Candyball parties though, Smoke finally found the crowd he wanted to spin for and decided it was time to spin out. Since making his public debut at the first Treatz & Beatz in 2007 and getting a taste for a live crowd, Smoke has been rocking dance floors up and down the East coast, including spinning on New Years Eve in Toronto, Canada. From Rochester to Syracuse, Philadelphia to New York City, Massachusetts to New Hampshire, over the last two years Smoke has quickly become more than just the man behind the Candyball parties! Combining razor sharp cuts with seamless mixing and epic track selection, Smoke has proven with every performance that he really knows how to work the crowd and the mixer.

    Candy Kid
    (Vitus productions / NYC)
    *Happy Hardcore*
    www.myspace.com/djcandykid
    Downstairs 4:00am – 5:00am

Originally from Belarus, Russia, Slava a.k.a. DJ Candy Kid has been tearing it up with his unique style and adrenaline-packed sets of HappyCore, Gabber, DnB, and Acid & Euro-Trance since 2001. Slava got into electronic music back in '93 listening to Marusha, Blumchen, Scooter, WestBam, DJ Hooligan, Das Modul, Dune, Charlie Noise & Mental Theo, Red 5 and Brooklyn Bounce. When Slava's uncle introduced him to DJing, he saw how fun it was and what an amazing positive effect it could have on a crowd. Dreaming of becoming a DJ, he was finally able to buy equipment and records after moving to New York City.

Some people wonder why Slava picked the DJ name Candy Kid, so here is the reason why. When he was growing up in Belarus, Slava ate so much candy he earned the nickname sweet-tooth. He chose the name candy kid from this, before he came to America. He had never heard of candy/candykids before that. A lot of people think he chose that name because he is a candy kid, but ironically that part came later.

Starting with Trance, Slava began spinning UK Hardcore soon after. His love of music fueled his desire to play out at parties. Now, he rocks dancefloors all across the East Coast, to the Midwest and Canada, bringing his infectious love and energy to ravers everywhere. He was selected to play at WEMF 2003, where he spun an explosive two hour set, and was asked to return in 2004. His ability to pack a room and make people go crazy until the last record drops is an indescribable experience.

Slava's performances have inspired party kids who weren't previously into Happycore to fall in love with it, taking them on a magical journey through his sound. His love for the music and scene is apparent through his interaction with the crowd. And don't let the name "Candy Kid" fool you - this kid can throw down some hard beats, showing you that even nice kids have a dark side!

Slava has been working hard on producing his own tracks, and has recently collaborated with Starkiss and released a new Happy Hardcore CD, "Dude! Where's My Hardcore?" (June 2007). He has also collaborated with How Hard to make a Hardcore vs. Happycore battle demo CD entitled "Blood Has Been Shed" as well as a live set from Global Revolution (October, 2004.) He's also released a plethora of other DJ mixes to be found on this site and his personal site, and he's showing no signs of slowing down. This artist's journey has only begun!

    Animus
    *Breaks*
    Downstairs 12:00am – 1:00am

The animating spirit behind bone crunching and soul snapping melodies, Animus is hell bent on wielding music as weapon for intense auditory assault. Genre doesnt matter, the result is always the same: tunes with the force of a tactical nuke and an exhausted dancefloor begging for more. Beware of the MIDI Fighter!!!

BIG WARNING; F and G train are not running this weekend between Jay St/Borough Hall and Church ave. Either prepare to take a shuttle bus from Jay St/Borough Hall or make alternate plans.

    Shuttle bus is free.

the shuttle bus coming from jay street borough hall is only 2 stops and it drops u off at the same exact spot the train does , and even better u dont have 2 walk down 200 stairs so u will get to the party quicker , the bus is free and its not outta your way at all . dont let the snow stop you ! !

if your coming from Manhattan you have to take the A C or F train to jay street borough hall and follow the signs to the shuttle bus ( which is right up stairs ) ...if your coming from Manhattan bound F trains from Stillwell ave you have to get the shuttle bus on church ave and get off at the smith n 9th street stop and follow walking directions...

Walk up 9th street with the one way signs towards 278 BQE...
2 blocks, Cross Hamilton rd (Busy road)...3 more blocks Columbia St ---> make a right...
