MIKE BEAUMONT
A true clubber at heart, the real spark for this man’s DJing career came from his debut visit to the mighty Gatecrasher night at the late Republic for the 8th Birthday. Having been introduced to the premier clubbing experience, he left wanting more which is where his quest throughout trance began!
2008 was a big year for the DJ however, where he teamed up with local friends in hometown Newark to become co-founder and resident DJ at the WHT Room as well as co-presenter of the weekly radio show Breaking Boundary Sounds; a showcase of electronic music. The stage was set for move to Sheffield where the sets were taken to the next level.
Having played alongside a host of the industries most established DJs, Mike has become a familiar name throughout the club scene, following what can only be described as an explosive debut at the Sheffield Carling Academy’s Noize where he closed the night in dramatic style having followed on from Armada's Mike Foyle. This soon led on to the announcement of resident for the event as well as Sheffield's weekly trance night, Statik. Since then, Mike has rubbed shoulders with some of the best names in the business including Roger Shah, Above & Beyond, John Askew, Cosmic Gate, Sean Tyas, The Tidy Boys, Duderstadt, Judge Jules and Mat Zo to name but a few.
Priding himself on his diverse sounding trance sets, he finds inspiration from many of the greats on the circuit including the likes of Sean Tyas, Simon Patterson, Sander Van Doorn and Richard Durand. With such an obvious passion for his music, expect to hear the perfect blend of driving sounds with spine-tingling euphoric riffs delivered with an infectious energy of which this DJ is already well renowned for throughout sets of the highest calibre.
2009 proved a pretty epic year for Mike, having played at some of the leading trance nights running throughout the country today. Highlights included closing the night at Amplified in Derby with John Askew and Ben Gold, being asked to play Leeds’ biggest trance night, Digital Society in the sought after Invitation Room as well as pre-party duties for the legendary Gatecrasher’s White Party and 16th Birthday events. All this, not to mention an Ibiza debut where every DJs dream was fulfilled with Mike playing a hat-trick of sets including a house set at Plastik, progressive set over the sunset at The Orange Corner and euphoric trance set in the Corner Bar, showing the man’s versatility in his tune selection.
Beaumont also had the honour of making his OTR (Off The Rails) debut in last September, where the event made a long awaited return as part of the Insomniacz 10th Birthday in Sheffield. What can only be described as an explosive performance along side good friend and fellow DJ Swap, Mike was announced as one of the new OTR residents for much anticipated re-launch come October.
With the ultimate dream to get behind the decks throughout the countries super-clubs, this man is not going to stop until he reaches the top and with creating an atmosphere like no other, he’s well on his way. With such drive for this journey throughout electronic music, keep your eyes peeled for Mike hitting a club near you very soon!

SIED VAN RIEL
The Riel Deal: He is being tipped by Tiësto as “the hottest producer around” and by DJ Magazine as “the next big thing to hit trance”. One of Armin van Buuren’s favourite producers of 2008 and according to Ferry Corsten one of THE new Trance Guys. He won the “best new face”Award at the Trance Awards 2008 in London and has spun across the globe on events such as Trance Energy and Gatecrasher,Godskitchen and many many more. A few years ago he didn’t own a single piece of studio equipment… Now he’s odds-on favourite to become EDM’s next big breakout and the latest graduate to join trance music’s elite ‘Van Clan’.

The Riel Inspiration: Aged just 10 years old, Sied’s introduction to dance music came via Acid House. Unknowingly piped through the walls by his neighbours, he was instantly hooked on the anomalous sounds & beats he heard...
The Riel-eases: A long-term dance fan he was, but it wasn’t until early 2006 that Sied produced his first track, ‘Fearless’. Released on Sub Traxx. 2008 he unleashed ‘What You Want’, ‘Minimal Symhony’, ‘Contrasts’ and ‘Rush’ to the world ..with the last one beeing dropped on Tiesto’s “In Search of Sunrise 7. 2008 proved to be his year and 2009 promisses a lot more !
The search was on for a spiritual label home for Sied’s music, and it didn’t take too long before Dutch super-label Spinnin’ Records signed him.
The Riel-Mixes: Re-imaginings of other producers tracks promptly followed; Armin van Buuren, Blank & Jones, Offer Nissim, Jose Amnesia being amongst them in 2008. As you can see Sied’s been lending the Riel touch to tracks from the worlds finest labels, Armada, Blackhole, Spinnin’ ,Star 69 & Adjusted among them... His remixes are high up the charts world wide and spun by the biggest dj’s on the globe.
The Rielalistic Radio Show: Following numerous radio appearances (inc. Ministry of Sound – UK, Sunshine Live Maximal, Germany & Radio 538 in The Netherlands), Sied launched his own radio show, Rielalistic. Transmitted every 4th Monday of the month on
Leading Trance Radio - Afterhours, with re-runs on various internet and FM stations worldwide, it has immediately drawn a loyal listener-ship.
The Riel Musical Philosophy: Sied describes his brand of music as “deep, driving, warm, melodic-fuelled trance” with each track or remix “directly related to my personality, experiences and state of mind”.
