EOYC 2010 Community Contest.

Get your set aired @ the Worlds Biggest Online Event.

WHAT: Chance to win a spot at End Of Year Countdown 2010
LIMIT: Only first 50 submitted sets will be in the Voting system poll.
WHEN/HOW: On Nov 1st http://forum.ah.fm/contests-ah-fm/27...test-poll.html will be active, in which you are capable of posting a link to your .mp3/.rar/.zip/.7up. It's up to you to decide which format you pick. Keep in mind that the community is the one who decides the winners. Some people in the community might not be able to unpack certain files. Be sure to include the tracklist when you decide to pack your .mp3. If you only uploaded the .mp3 then post the tracklist together with your download link!

Example: DJ Name - EOYC Contest.zip
DJ name - EOYC 2010 Contest.mp3 <-- actual set
DJ Name - EOYC 2010 Contest.txt <-- actual tracklist
192k Minimum CBR Format 60:00 Min long -+ 1/2 mins is ok
Genres: Trance/Progresive

Recommended sites: MegaUpload, Multiupload, Zippyshare, Soundcloud, hotfile etc. you know them.

** sets must be minimum 192k CBR format with tracklist else disqualified **

The thread will be open which users can post links to the sets for 7 days (Nov 1st - 7th 00:00 AM CET) thread then will be closed till Nov 21st (gives the community plenty of time to download the sets & listen to them) On Nov 21st we will create a poll with all the DJ sets that were submitted during that Nov1st - Nov 7th period... then community will be able to vote who they mostly enjoyed.

Poll will end on Dec 7th 00:00 AM CET, once the poll is closed we will choose top 13 best ranked winners.

Quick date reference:

Nov 1st - Nov 7th You post your set download links, 1 submission per DJ
Nov 7th - Nov 21st Thread will be closed
Nov 21st Polls goes online voting starts
Dec 7th Poll closes 13 winners announced.
Dec 7th - 14th Winners have time to create fresh new exclusive sets for EOYC 2010! with jingles which we will provide.

Concerning the contest thread at http://forum.ah.fm/contests-ah-fm/27...test-poll.html: Editted posts will be disqualified, so be sure to post the correct download link! Reason is people can corrupt contest by adding in their download link later.
Also posts without download links will be deleted, so this thread stays clean and no download links will get lost in the spam.
