DOWNLOADING PODCAST HELP.

Hey there, and sorry if there is already a post about this, i am not very good with navigating online so there is a chance that I missed it if it does exist. I am trying to figure out how to download a particular session that was aired on ah.fm, the session is called "replay timeline story with poshout 068" and there are some others i would like also. Can anyone tell me how to get these?

all sets are posted in livesets section in every thread in first post is downloadlink for every show

you must go to : LiveSets @ AH.FM - Afterhours and there are all shows and you can search for show you want
