Paul Todd

Paul.jpg

Paul Todd is a Trance Producer/DJ from Manchester. His passion for music is what drives him daily in the studio, always striving for quality and improvement. 2011 kicked off nicely when Paul's remix of Richard Sanders' – "Across The Sea" released on Defcon Recordings, was supported twice by Aly & Fila on their FSOE radio show. Following this came more support from the duo and many more. His summer releases on Fraction Records, "Resonate" and his remix of Billy Gillies' – "Digital Sundown" saw Paul gaining even more respect and recognition for his work, both hitting top 10 in the Track-it-down Trance Chart. The production continues and Paul is currently remixing for Night Vision, Simon Patterson’s Imprint under Spinnin' Records, as well as keeping himself busy with collaborations and more original work. Although Paul is at home in the studio, be sure not to miss him behind a set of decks. Flawless mixing and great track selection, Paul Todd is definitely one to watch out for.

Mark Walker

Mark.jpg

Mark is an East Midlands based DJ, whose obsession with electronic beats started many years ago after hearing Paul Van Dyk's - Vorsprung Dyk Technique remix album for the first time, shortly after that he acquired his first set of turntables and set out to live his dream of becoming a DJ.
Over the past few years, Mark has enjoyed gigs at Classique, Digital Society, Off The Rails, The Gallery, Smack and is also a regular at his "Local" Passion in Coalville.
Now the DJing is going well, he is locked in his studio working on his production skills and is looking forward to getting his first release out. Watch this space…….

Andy Anderson

Andy.jpg

After Andy discovered Trance music at college back in its heyday at the turn of the century, he bought his first set of decks with spare cash left from his 18th birthday celebrations in July 2002. Any spare cash went straight onto vinyl and a few months after teaching himself to mix, Andy invested in the ‘daddy’ of turntables to continue his DJ’ing education - the hallowed Technics 1210 MK3’s.
Flirtations with the harder side of Trance and even Hard house expanded on what he has eventually seen himself return to - ‘anything Trance/Progressive between 125-142bpm that is interesting to listen too. Andy moved to CDJ’s in 2008 and hasn’t looked back since, now using the industry standard Pioneer CDJ 1000 MK3‘s.
After getting his break in 2009 and having the opportunity to promote and DJ his own 6 hour marathon sets in his home town of Scunthorpe, he has since played in Leeds for the likes of DS Invitational, In;Progress and of course Forward. Andy’s style encompasses the entire Trance & Progressive spectrum with influences from all across the board (his sons middle name is Armin!), a useful commodity when playing a range of different set times.

Dj Chimera (Matt Oultram)

Chimera.jpg

DJ Chimera (Matthew Oultram) started life as a DJ almost 10 years ago; his career grew after entering the Thirsty Thursdays DJ comp in London. Although coming 2nd place gained a main room warm up set at London’s Turnmills Club. After this Chimera has played at some of the biggest clubs and for some of the largest brands in UK Clubland: Raindance at SE1, Judgement Sundays at Heaven, Summit Main Room at Hidden, alongside some of the biggest artists from across the globe, Sander Van Doorn, Marco V, Andy Farley, Paul Glazby and Ilogic to name a few. DJ Chimera has recently taken a couple of years out of the industry for personal reasons, but is now back on form, not playing Hard Dance as we once knew, but playing Trance. While the BPMs may have slowed you can see the hard dance influences shining through in his track selections – driving bass lines, massive synths and spine tingling vocal tracks makes for sublime mixes from start to finish. Expect big things from DJ Chimera in the future: he’s back and here to stay.
