don't try to make me more crazy, I already get warn in all bars from around the world!
Here it is the pic of the new stuff:
DJM-2000 Nexus and 2x CDJ-2000 Nexus, I'm broke for a year, no just kiddin :p and boy what a mess to change, but not complaining, just a very precise thingy (especially volumes, holy crap, wish the platter was as accurate as the NS7 but still close, 95%, eh platter feeling never gets beaten)
If anyone should have any questions about nexusses, please do let me know, I struggled enough :p Nevertheless once you get the hang of the nexus way it is absolutely freakin amazing
NS7 in perfect conditions, still for sale![]()

I've recently dragged out my setup and aging vinyl collection.
I soon realised I needed to be able to play MP3's if I was going to update my tunes.
MP'3 on vinyl courtesy of Tracktor Scratch Pro, Audio10 and a Kontrol X1.

Really enjoying being able to mix the latest tunes without having to part with the vinyl feel.

Since the picture was taken a swivel bracket on the Technics RP-DH1200 headphones cracked (I had them for 8 years). I replaced them with a pair of Sennheiser HD 25-1 II headphones. The picture also shows a CDJ-800 which I've since swapped out for a 2nd CDJ-1000MKII.
I've also recently acquired a Pioneer DDJ-SX controller which is great for mobile gigs:

nice pics ...
i love the hoovering 800
My "weird" home setup.
Laptop running traktor
iPad with Lemur & Traxus Live layout (complete MIDI control of traktor, I mainly use it to control 3 decks)
DJM 900 (also my soundcard)
RMX-1000 and KORG KP3 (send/return loop)
PC running rekordbox (I play out a fair bit...)
Casio MIDI keyboard (hooked up to PC to mess around with in Ableton)
And for listening pleasure... I don't use studio monitors, I have an actual Hi-Fi system (so my music sounds great, not flat) :D
- Yamaha 10" sub
- Usher s520 speakers
- Denon AVR X-1000
Planning on getting a pioneer CDJ eventually, as I sort of miss the tactile control, and I do a bit of scratching (James Zabiela style)... tossing up between a cheap 1000mk3 or 800, or stepping up to a 2000/2000nxs/xdj1000.
