We’re delighted to welcome back Swedish producer David Folkebrant to Macarize with his third EP, ‘Sun On You’, jam-packed with trademark feel-good Folkebrant!
The title track lives up to its name in serious style and is just as uplifting as you'd expect. A deep, driving bassline is illuminated by sparkling synths and twinkling top line melodies, while the breakdown is so immense it will give you butterflies in your stomach! With feel-good elements of nu disco wrapped up tight into a spine-tinglingly good prog trance package, this track really is a slice of pure summer sunshine.
Meanwhile, the sweetly summery vocal stabs, irrepressibly happy chord progressions and irresistibly funky bassline of 'Supremacy' are a sheer masterpiece in melody, as layers of sonic sunshine come together to make your soul soar.
