Defcon present their first seasonal sampler of 2012 with another triple helping of powerful, uplifting trance, and showcasing some of the label's new talent!
First up, by popular demand, is Paul Todd's remix of the Defcon Audio trackFringe Division, which sees an early release ahead of the full single which is due out later this year. A driving, melodic trancer with an infectious lead riff and topped off with a powerful bassline.
New World makes his Defcon debut with the Emotional mix of his trackBoundless Light, which is also due a full release in the summer. As the name suggests, this track is an emotional, classically-inspired uplifter with soaring synths and strings, a massive hands-in-the-air affair.
Rounding things off, young Russian artist NX-Trance also makes his Defcon debut by revisiting Steve Bengaln's massive track Terminal which came out last year. He transforms it into a high-energy number built for the late night dancefloor with intricate arp-work and complimented by tough percussion.
