Looking for new music [singer/songwriter, indie pop, folk rock] (examples included)

I'm looking for some new music in genres I never really delved into: singer-songwriter / indie pop / folk rock

I mostly listen to hip-hop/rap so rhythm driven stuff is what I like most but since I don't really know the genre that much I'll just post some examples of tracks I've gotten into lately:
