Trance Track 1999-2004 help please

This trance track had a deep smooth beat to it and there was a little bit of french talking in it also when the track starts.. I want to say it was 2000,2001,or 2002. But its somewhere in that span of 1999 and no later than 2004.

please help !

was on a mixed cd so don't know. If I remember right the cd was labeled tu jeux or les te jeux Had a dark sound the way it started. Was a nice deep mellow bass.
