Some things happen for a reason, and some things are meant to be, the latter perfectly sums up one of the most exciting new acts in dance music 'Allen & Envy'. With over 20 years combined live performance experience, a host of high profile releases individually and DJ support that most only dream of, two is most certainly better than one.
There first batch of singles have been signed to 'Fraction', 'Recoverworld', Vicky Devine's 'DE:VA', Paul Webster's 'Vibrate Sounds' and Dave Forbes 'Aria Knights'! The duo have also remixed Scotland's number one DJ, Mallorca Lee's new vocal release 'Honey' which will be forthcoming on his own label MLXL.
Its easy to see why the duo are in such demand, having gained individual support from the likes of Armin Van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, Paul Van Dyk, Paul Oakenfold, Tiesto, Aly & Fila, John O'Callaghan, Sean Tyas, Judge Jules and many more, and having released on labels such as Armada, Vandit, Monster Tunes, Black Hole & Fraction.
"Forgotten Souls" is a track about people the duo have both lost, who may be forgotten to other people but will never be forgotten to them. Allen & Envy wanted to create a really meaningful vibe, that is epic and uplifting but still heart wrenching!
"Forgotten Souls" includes a remix by Johann Stone is released 31st January 2013 Future Focus #140 is a new Sub Label of Future Focus Recordings specialized in Uplifting Trance starting at 140 Beats Per Minute plus.
