Andy Blueman style uplifying orchestral trance generally seems better suited for outdoor shows, festivals, and hiking/ cycling adventures (and camping). The extended breakdowns kill the vibe on the dancefloor, I've found. That's why I generally stick to '04 era epic & hard trance at raves and club-type events. Shorter intros, shorter progressions, and the breakdowns are shorter.

But damn, when open air party season comes along, then it's time to let loose with some Peaktwins, Andy B, SoundLift, and some of the more epic Ace Da Brain... >]
