We're thrilled to feature Steve Anderson, the esteemed host of the SAME Radio Show, for the first time on our parent label. With prior credits on Black Hole, Perfecto, High Contrast and various other elite Trance & Progressive imprints, Steve has distinguished himself as an exceedingly gifted producer in his own right. Now reaching a new plateau in his career, Steve has just released his new artist album, "From A/ To /B". Silk Digital is excited to present two of the standout remixes of Steve's work that appear on this album, courtesy of global sensation Shingo Nakamura and rising house and progressive talent Katrin Souza.
Shingo's "SAturn 2014" remix is a classy affair from the track's onset: an uptempo, yet gentle groove sits below celestial chords. In the main break, the lead themes truly sparkle, as if announcing the unexpected discovery of life on this colossal planet. Katrin Souza offers a chilled take on Steve Anderson & BRM's "Let Me Know"; vocal stabs punctuate a lush soundscape, while a subterranean groove inundates the listener with deep vibes. In the main break, we are met with BRM's soulful vocal, especially mesmerizing when coupled with Katrin's euphoric pads and "shooting-star" synths.
