at 10 mph you could do it without any big risk, but in the video they look like they're going much faster than that

I see what you are saying. The guys in the vid must be going about 50-60mph. But, what is being done over here is dangerous too. Feet get run over, sometimes cars lose control and veer off into a tree. Crazy stuff
