About The Monthly Cut

The Monthly Cut gives Arctic Barbers a focused monthly format for new trance music. Each edition can move between uplifting, tech and progressive styles while leaving room for guest contributions and exclusive selections.

The show is designed as a snapshot of the current trance scene rather than a retrospective. That keeps new releases and fresh artist discoveries at the centre while still allowing the mix to move through different levels of intensity.

Why the Monthly Format Works

A monthly programme gives the hosts time to select the strongest recent releases and build a show around them rather than simply reacting to every new track. Guest mixes add variety without changing the core direction of the series.
