Arctic Barbers – The Monthly Cut
Arctic Barbers – The Monthly Cut on AH.FM is a monthly trance radio show airing on the second Friday of every month. The programme blends uplifting trance, tech trance and progressive sounds with guest mixes, exclusives and current trance releases.
About The Monthly Cut
The Monthly Cut gives Arctic Barbers a focused monthly format for new trance music. Each edition can move between uplifting, tech and progressive styles while leaving room for guest contributions and exclusive selections.
The show is designed as a snapshot of the current trance scene rather than a retrospective. That keeps new releases and fresh artist discoveries at the centre while still allowing the mix to move through different levels of intensity.

- Tech trance
- Progressive trance
- Guest mixes

About Arctic Barbers
Arctic Barbers are a UK trance trio from the North East of England. Through The Monthly Cut, they bring together current trance music, guest artists and energetic selections in a recurring monthly broadcast.

The Monthly Cut on AH.FM
AH.FM carries Arctic Barbers – The Monthly Cut on the second Friday of every month. Check the AH.FM Shows Schedule for the current airtime and use the AH.FM live player when the programme begins.
You can also explore more trance music on AH.FM for additional uplifting, progressive and tech-trance programming.
Why the Monthly Format Works
A monthly programme gives the hosts time to select the strongest recent releases and build a show around them rather than simply reacting to every new track. Guest mixes add variety without changing the core direction of the series.
