DJ 34 – TRANCENTRAL
DJ 34 is a trance/techno DJ & event promoter out of the greater Tokyo, Japan area. He’s also the founder & member of SKULLDUGGERY JAPAN. He holds residency at some of the well-known clubs in the Tokyo area – WOMB, WARP, ZERO TOKYO, ageHa, and other clubs. He currently holds residency with
TRANCE ESSENTIALS (WOMB), Adrenaline (WARP), and R-TRANCE (R-Lounge) local Tokyo trance parties. Influenced by some of the electronic dance music scenes top notch trance/psytrance/techno producers and DJ’s by the likes of Simon Patterson, Will Atkinson, John Askew, Greg Downey, Alex di Stefano, Mark Sherry, Sean Tyas, Paul Denton, Indecent Noise, Astrix, Liquid Soul, Volcano on Mars, Faders, Outsiders, Marco Bailey, Adam Beyer, Amelie Lens, Enrico Sangiuliano, Charlotte de Witte, Space 92, to name a few.
DJ 34’s sets are always diverse that takes you on a journey crossing over the
many sub-genres of trance and techno.
As a promoter, he has hosted BIG TRANCE parties in Tokyo with “OPEN UP TOKYO” that featured Simon Patterson and Greg Downey back in 2019 at the legendary WOMB club in Tokyo, Shibuya. He then has teamed up with SKULLDUGGERY’s label boss Greg Downey to build a new electronic
experience in Japan fused with TECH x PSY sounds and later went on to host “GREG DOWNEY extended set” in 2022 at Tokyo, Shibuya’s R-Lounge whichfeatured Spectra Sonics from Shamanic Tales. Listen to the radio show Live
