Fer van Dash – Aztec Frequencies
Fer van Dash is a Mexican DJ and producer whose sound explores multiple styles of electronic music, with trance always at its heart. Inspired by legendary artists such as Tiësto and Armin van Buuren, as well as the dance music introduced to him by his parents and pioneering Mexican DJ Tony Barrera, he developed a passion for combining high-energy sounds with the emotion and atmosphere of trance.
Since beginning his career in 2012, Fer van Dash has established himself within Mexico’s underground electronic music scene. His carefully selected tracks and energetic performances have earned him opportunities to share the stage with respected national trance artists including Ivan Mateluna and Trancestor. He has also performed as a warm-up act for international electronic music legend Green Velvet.
Through his radio show, Fer van Dash brings that same energy to the airwaves, delivering a carefully curated journey through powerful rhythms, uplifting melodies and the distinctive sounds that continue to shape his musical identity.
