LOUPS – Welcome to Dystopia
Loups is a Tech Trance and Techno producer originating from Scotland, UK. Her name has become synonymous with hard-hitting bass lines, fast tempo, and plenty of acid thrown in for good measure. Her cinematic style of techno tells a gripping story, taking you on a journey into the unknown and often dark underworld only to resurface wondering where you have been! Her debut track “Entropy” was signed by Nocturnal Knights Fusion, and in 2025 she also launched her own record label, “Welcome to Dystopia” where she has released both solo and collab tracks.
Welcome to Dystopia Records was launched in 2025 in the UK. The WTD brand itself had gained a lot of recognition and following on social media where it became synonymous with hard trance and techno sets mixed by Loups. WTD (Welcome to dystopia) was then launched as a record label to showcase a more dystopian, apocalyptic themed soundscape with dark, hard, acid techno and harder hitting trance/tech trance. The label now welcomes producers creating similar types of techno and hard trance to release on the label. WTD also showcases guest mixes from DJ’s all over the world and our show on Afterhours will be a combination of mixes from Loups herself and some of these guest mixes for the WYD brand.
