MJR – Off The Grid
MJR – Off The Grid on AH.FM is a monthly electronic music show airing on the first Thursday of every month. The programme brings together trance, techno, current releases and guest mixes from emerging talent and established artists.
About Off The Grid
Off The Grid is built around musical storytelling rather than one fixed subgenre. Trance and techno form the core of the programme, while guest mixes and new releases give each monthly edition a different character.
The format allows the energy to shift naturally from melodic or progressive passages into tougher club-focused sections. Guest contributions add another perspective without changing the overall identity of the show.
What You’ll Hear
- Trance
- Techno
- Guest mixes
- Current electronic releases
- Energetic club selections
- Emerging and established artists
About MJR
MJR is a Scottish DJ with a long background in trance, hard dance and club culture. Off The Grid gives him a monthly platform for combining current music, guest artists and a broad electronic perspective.

Off The Grid on AH.FM
AH.FM carries MJR – Off The Grid on the first Thursday of every month. Check the AH.FM Shows Schedule for the current airtime and use the AH.FM live player when the programme begins.
You can also explore more trance music on AH.FM for additional progressive, uplifting and underground programming.
Why the Guest-Mix Format Works
Guest mixes keep a recurring radio series fresh by introducing different artists and musical viewpoints. Off The Grid combines those contributions with MJR’s own selections so the programme can evolve from month to month without losing continuity.
