Robert B. & Ionattan – Soundtropolis
Robert B. is a Guatemalan DJ and producer active since 2006 and co-founder of BrightLight Music. His show blends classic and modern Trance and Progressive, spanning Techno, Tech-Trance, Uplifting, and Psy-Trance. From 2010 to 2025 he performed across Guatemala City, Antigua, Xela, and major events like Aly & Fila at El Cine and the Los Cuates Brahva NYE Festival. In 2025 he also played multiple Techno and Trance sets in Brooklyn, New York.
Robert B. placed 3rd in Pioneer’s Most Wanted DJ 2012, was named an Adrenaline Rush #LocalLegend, and released tracks such as Echoes Of Tomorrow and Parallel Dreams EP on MindResonance Records. Today, he focuses on SOUNDTROPOLIS, a fresh project promoting the Trance sound to new audiences.
lonattam has been active since 2014, exploring Trance, Tech-Trance, and Progressive through his podcast “TRANSPORT ME” and as a guest on the BrightLight Music Radioshow. He has played at key venues including Metro, El Gran Hotel, and The CURE. In 2016 he co-founded TECHNOSIS with KevinMa, bringing Techno and Tech-House to audiences in Antigua and appearing on EXA FM’s AREA 101.
After returning to the decks in 2024 with TranceFamilyGt, he performed at TECH N’ TRANCE, SOUNDTROPOLIS, OCULTO, S1Club, and a B2B with Robert B. at Spaceship Session #18 – TRANCE 4 LIFE, continuing into 2025 with shows at The Box Lounge Grove.
